How much time do I have to change?
Regardless the reason, exchanges and / or returns must be made within 15 business days from the date of shipment. In other words, the item to be returned should reach us within 15 business days of shipping.
What items can't be exchanged or returned?
There are no exchanges or returns of the following custom items:
Totems (all articles),
Team Packs and Reflective Vests
sticker vinyl
All items with a specific customization that we don't have in our catalog.
I was mistaken in the size. What now?
Deverás enviar-nos um email assim que receberes a encomenda. Todas as trocas são submetidas a análise por questões inerentes à nossa logística. No caso de trocarmos o artigo, todos os portes de envio inerentes ao processo serão suportados pelo cliente. Entenda-se todos portes de envio sendo o envio do artigo a devolver e o artigo novo a ser enviado.
The item to be returned, must reach us within 15 working days of its submission. The article must be in perfect condition, as received and with the respective plastic. If the article has been washed, stained or soiled, it cannot be changed.
Stock da Patrulha doesn't assume liability in case of loss or damage incurred when shipping the returned item.
I received a defective article. What do I do?
In the case of defective item we assume full responsibility and costs inherent to the process of exchange and / or return. If you don't wish to exchange, we may return the value of the item in question upon receipt of the returned item.
The returned item must be in the same condition as it was received, with the respective plastic.
