How is the shipping made ?

O envio da tua encomenda é feita por correio (CTT) com código para seguimento.

 

 How does mailing work?

Orders are shipped by CTT (Standard Shipping), which may take 5-10 business days to reach the recipient.
The postman delivers the order to the address you indicated to us. If no one is on the address at the time of delivery, he will leave you a postcard with the order registration number. This postcard will be used to pick up the order at the nearest postaman station within 5 working days. (Portugal)
If the customer doesn't claim the order, it will return to us. If you still want a 2nd shipment, you must pay the postage for it, otherwise we only refund the value of the item.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Irá depender do artigo. Produtos personalizados acresce o tempo da elaboração do desenho. Nomeadamente totems, insígnias, bandeirolas, packs de equipa etc.
